Stayed here with our three little kids, and we really enjoyed it! The rooms are big and comfy (although we wish they had bath tubs). The food on the 10th floor is good and the staff is so FRIENDLY! We especially loved the live music in the lobby. Also, they had real cribs available in the rooms and not just a pack n play, which was AMAZING! We will be back!
Restaurant on 10th floor is very good. Rob the bartender is great! Food was good! Only “downside” to restaurant was they got rid of calamari appetizer which was the best appetizer this place had. Hotel rooms were luxury.
This hotel is so good I don’t even stay downtown any more… the rooms are great, the food and beverage are so good.. love the rooftop restaurant and the bartender Rob Fitch is always go to! I even stop by for a drink and food before flying even if not staying there! Way better than then airport food. I even bypass my free drinks at the lounges.
We had an early morning departure so my wife and I decided to stay at the BNA Hilton. Perfect location, 2 minute walk across the pedestrian bridge and you’re at Security. The 10th floor Terrace restaurant was a pleasant surprise for a great meal. Staff and service was awesome. Would not hesitate to stay at this Hilton location again. Room and bathroom were first class. Never heard one plane all night.
Spent an overnight here just to be near the airport while working as a contractor there, to show my family the airport and hotel. The room was comfy and the soundproofing is no joke - we couldn’t hear a thing even with jumbo jets taking off right beside the property. The staff at the Hilton was great, from housekeeping all the way to the front desk—everyone was so helpful and gracious. The food at the rooftop restaurant was also pretty good, but breakfast at the Aviator was even better. The 5th floor of the parking garage made it super convenient to roll our bags to the hotel and enjoy the outdoor plaza.
I specifically wanted to provide a review for the restaurant on the 10th floor. EXTREMELY CHARMING are the only words you can use to describe tonight’s hostess (Lanecia) and server (Anka). These two ladies knocked it out of the park. I was so pleased that I gave over 100% tip. I hope that the Hilton appreciates these ladies as much as they do your customers! The food, of course was excellent, but I think it could’ve been less than excellent and I still would’ve given a super big tip. That’s the meaning of awesome employees to a business!
Oliver at the roof top bar is literally the BEST bartender!!! He's the type you give him different tastes you typically like...and he will create a master piece!! To top it off, he is PRECIOUS!!!! AND he makes homemade liquor cheesecakes on the side!!!! We live in Nashville, and I can see us coming here just to hang out with Oliver! He's that good!!!
Ayan was an outstanding server at the hotel restaurant and made our dining experience truly enjoyable. From the moment we were seated, Ayan was warm, welcoming, and attentive. He was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and made sure everything came out just right.
